Refund & Cancellation
Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and payments for Rapid Eye Technologies.
1. Enquiries & Quotes
Enquiries and quote requests may be withdrawn at any time. No charges apply for requesting a quote or site survey unless otherwise agreed.
2. Orders & Installation
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made, cancellation terms will be as set out in the order or contract. Work already completed and non-recoverable costs may not be refunded.
3. Product Returns & AMC
Product return and warranty are as per manufacturer policy. AMC cancellation and refund are as per the AMC agreement.
